长江南京河段岸线景观资源保护对策探讨

摘　　要：沿江岸线的良好生态环境不仅对提升城市景观层次、保护水生生态环境等方面具有重要作用,而且也是打造长江“最美岸线”的基石,因此,沿江岸线景观资源的保护具有重要意义。通过对长江南京河段沿江岸线景观资源保护的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁进行SWOT分析,提出6点相应对策:①抓住政策叠加机遇,推进沿江景观资源保护相关的规范制度细化与联合勘察实施;②依托一江两岸文化积淀,活化沿岸文化遗产,描绘滨江景观蓝图,提升活化沿岸文化;③利用沿岸景观生态本底,合理区划生态保护,发挥景观资源多元功能;④结合岸线清退调整,加快江滩复绿工程进展;⑤借力“互联网+”大数据理念,实现沿岸景观资源的统筹管理;⑥保护沿江原生环境,减轻外来物种入侵威胁,提高江滩生态韧性设计。The good ecological environment along the river bank plays an important role in improving the level of urban landscape and protecting the aquatic ecological environment.It is also the cornerstone of building“the most beautiful shoreline of the Yangtze River”.Therefore,the protection of landscape resources along the river bank is of great significance.The article analyzes the pros and cons,opportunities and challenges of landscape resource protection along the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River,and proposes six corresponding countermeasures:①seize the opportunity of favorable policy and promote the refinement of the normative system related to the protection of landscape resources and implementation of joint survey;②relying on the cultural accumulation of one river and two banks,activate coastal cultural heritage,draw a blueprint for riverside landscape to enhance and activate coastal culture;③use the ecological background of coastal landscape,rationally zoning ecological protection,and exert the multiple functions of landscape resources;④accelerate the progress of the river beach restoration project in conjunction with shoreline clearance and retreat;⑤leverage the Internet+big data concept to realize the overall management of coastal landscape resources;⑥protect the native environment along the river,reduce the threat of alien species invasion,and improve the ecological resilience of the river beach.
