闸门上游侧半楔形结构止水橡皮设计

摘  要:常规平板和弧形闸门启闭时止水橡皮沿着闸墩侧边来回摩擦,闸门启闭力较大,止水橡皮易磨损和出现漏水现象,造成水闸上游库容蓄水量损失和水位降低。为此,创新性地提出了闸门上游侧半楔形结构止水橡皮设计,即在闸门上游两侧设置半楔形结构,与闸门两侧闸墩对应设置的半楔形侧边相互咬合,咬合处间隙设止水橡皮,顶止水、侧止水和闸门其他部分保持以往常规结构不变。实践表明:关闸时,闸门半楔形结构止水橡皮靠近闸墩半楔形侧边,无论闸门是否蓄水,闸门自重分力挤压止水橡皮,止水可靠;闸门开启后,闸门半楔形结构止水橡皮远离闸墩半楔形侧边,不产生摩擦,止水橡皮无磨损。另外,在设计时可通过调整楔形闸门厚度、夹角、底板单位正压缩力和单侧斜边单位正压缩力等参数设计出各种技术上可行、经济合理的止水方案。When opening and closing the conventional flat plate and arc gate,the water-sealing rubber is rubbed back and forth along the side of the gate pier.Due to the gate opening and closing force is large,the water-sealing rubber is easy to wear and leak,resulting in the loss of water storage capacity and the decrease of water level in the upstream of the gate.To this end,the design of semi-wedge structure water-sealing rubber on the upstream side of the gate was innovatively proposed,that is,the semi-wedge structure was set on both sides of the upstream gate,and the semi-wedge side was set corresponding to the gate piers on both sides of the gate to bite each other.The water-sealing rubber was set at the gap of the bite,and the top water-sealing,side water-sealing and other parts of the gate remained the same as the conventional structure.Practice showed that when the gate was closed,the semi-wedge structure water-sealing rubber of the gate was close to the semi-wedge side of the pier whether the gate was impounded or not,the self-weight of the gate squeezed the water-sealing rubber by force,reaching reliable water-sealing effect.When the gate was open,the semi-wedge structure water-sealing rubber of the gate was away from the semi-wedge side of the pier,and there was no friction and wear.In addition,by adjusting the thickness of the wedge gate,angle,the unit positive compression force of the bottom plate and the unit positive compression force of the unilateral bevel,a variety of technically feasible,economical and reasonable water-sealing schemes can be designed.
