摘　　要：以甘肃省农村居民为研究对象,运用ELES模型对甘肃省2015~2017年农村居民最低生活保障标准进行测算,并将测算结果与实际标准进行时空对比分析,得出实际标准局部满足测算的最低线的要求,但远远低于基础线和发展线,城乡之间、地区之间的最低生活保障标准差距在逐渐缩小,但总体还存在较大差距。据此,从经济增长、人均收入,城乡、地区发展,金融服务体系和科学定制标准等方面提出建议。Taking the rural residents in Gansu Province as the research object,the ELES model is used to calculate the minimum living security standard for rural residents in Gansu Province from 2015 to 2017,and the measured results are compared with the actual standard in time and space.It is concluded that the actual standard partially meets the requirements of the calculated minimum line,but it is far lower than the basic line and development line,and the gap between urban and rural areas and regions is gradually narrowing.But there is still a big gap on the whole.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of economic growth,per capita income,urban and rural and regional development,financial ser‐vice system,scientific customization standards and so on.
