摘　　要：实验室在高校教学和科研过程中有着重要的作用,实验室管理水平的高低直接影响教学和科研质量。本文从管理制度、安全教育、仪器设备及化学药品安全管理、管理人员素质提高等方面介绍了目前海南大学动物科技学院实验室管理工作情况。Laboratories plays an important role of teaching and scientific research in universities.The labo‐ratory management level directly affects the quality of teaching and scientific research.This study intro‐duced the college of animal science and technology laboratory management work in the Hainan university from the management system,safety education,instrument equipment and chemical safety management.
