摘　　要：针对城市地下道路的场景和数字化交通管控需求,比较当前车辆检测和事件分类技术(例如线圈检测、红外检测、雷达以及视频等方式)在交通信息检测中的优势与劣势,提出了基于雷达视频联合的交通流检测系统。该系统可以检测更加多元的交通流信息,在复杂特殊的交通场景下仍可以持续稳定地采集和获取交通流状态和事件信息,为道路管理者提供决策依据。通过在上海北横通道的实际应用证明,雷达视频联合检测系统基本满足对城市地下道路的交通流状态信息和事件信息检测的需求,为后期城市地下道路智慧化建设和主动管控提供参考。This paper is aimed at the scene of urban underground roads and the needs of digital and intelligent traffic control,the advantages and disadvantages of current vehicle detection and event classification technologies(such as coil detection,infrared detection,radar,and video)in traffic information detection are compared,and a traffic flow monitoring system based on the fusion of radar and video is proposed.In this system,more diversified traffic flow information can be detected,and traffic flow status and event information in complex and special traffic scenarios can also be continuously and steadily collected and obtained,road managers with a basis for decision-making is provided.Through the actual application in the Shanghai Beiheng expressway,the accuracy of vehicle tracking and monitoring under the radar video joint detection system basically meets the needs for the detection of traffic flow status information and event information of urban underground roads,and reference for the later intelligent construction and active management of urban underground roads was provided.
