摘 要:随着生产自动化水平的不断提高,自动化电气设备逐渐代替传统的生产工艺系统,大量减少了人员劳动力成本。为减少增压东站水套加热炉燃料气消耗量,降低天然气压缩机组燃料气单耗,达到节能减排的目的。通过对原增压东站水套加热炉进行改造,将原传统温度测量方式改为自动温控测量方式。开展自动温控水套加热炉与传统水套加热炉的能耗数据对比分析研究,并对自动温控水套加热炉的运行管理进行技术分析,确定工艺设备参数控制方法,完成重点能耗设备绩效参数的确定。经论证,自动温控水套加热炉可实现节能减排,与公司能源管控发展方向一致,具有推广价值。With the continuous improvement of the level of production automation,automated electrical equipment gradually replace the traditional production process system,a large number of reduced personnel labor costs.In order to reduce fuel gas consumption of pressurized east station water jacket heating furnace,reduce fuel gas consumption per unit of natural gas compressor unit,achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.The traditional temperature measurement method is changed to automatic temperature control method by reforming the water jacket heating furnace of the east supercharged station.Carry out comparative analysis and research on energy consumption data of automatic temperature controlled water jacket heating furnace and traditional water jacket heating furnace,carry out technical analysis on operation management of automatic temperature controlled water jacket heating furnace,determine process equipment parameter control method,and complete the determination of performance parameters of key energy consumption equipment.It has been proved that the automatic temperature controlled water jacket heating furnace can realize energy saving and emission reduction,which is consistent with the development direction of energy control and control of the company and has promotion value.
