摘　　要：根据安岳天然气净化公司CANSOLV尾气处理装置工艺原理及特点,以及对生产废水来源分析,通过优化装置运行参数,调整装置日常操作,即提高烟气温度,降低DS溶液热稳定性盐含量,减少电除雾冲洗时间等办法,为降低生产废水产生量,减少污水处理装置负荷,降低装置运行能耗提供了有效解决办法,为其他天然气净化厂尾气处理装置的生产运行提供借鉴与参考。According to Anyue natural gas purification company CANSOLV technology principle and characteristic of tail gas treatment and analysis of production waste water source,by optimizing the device running parameters,adjusting device in daily operation,namely improve the flue gas temperature,reduce the thermal stability of salt content in the DS solution,reduce the electric mist flushing time etc.,in order to reduce production waste water discharge,reducing the load of the sewage treatment device and reducing the energy consumption of the device provides an effective solution,and provides a reference for the production and operation of the tail gas treatment device in other natural gas purification plants.
