虎杖解毒颗粒(无糖型)改制前后指纹图谱对比研究

摘　　要：目的对虎杖解毒颗粒(无糖型)建立指纹图谱,并比较与虎杖解毒颗粒指纹图谱的共有峰及共有图谱模式的差异。方法应用高效液相色谱法对各10批虎杖解毒颗粒(无糖型)和虎杖解毒颗粒进行分析,优化色谱条件,建立其各自的指纹图谱及共有模式,采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)对图谱进行相似度评价。结果建立了虎杖解毒颗粒(无糖型)和虎杖解毒颗粒HPLC指纹图谱,2种制剂的指纹图谱中均有19个共有峰,并对其中的虎杖苷、射干苷、大黄素进行成分确认,制剂图谱的相似度评价均大于0.9,且两种颗粒的指纹图谱共有模式经对比,无明显差异。结论虎杖解毒颗粒(无糖型)的指纹图谱稳定可靠,与虎杖解毒颗粒的主要成分基本无变化。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint for Huzhang Antidote Granules(Sugar-free)and compare the differences of common peaks and common pattern between Huzhang Antidote Granules(Sugar-free)and Huzhang Antidote Granules.Methods Ten batches of Huzhang Antidote Granules(Sugar-free)and Huzhang Antidote Granules were analyzed by HPLC,and the chromatographic condition was optimized,The fingerprints and common patterns were established,and the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(2012 edition)was used to evaluate the similarity of them.Results The fingerprints of Huzhang Antidote Granules(Sugar-free)and Huzhang Antidote Granules were established.There were 19 common peaks in the fingerprints of the two preparations,and the components of Polygonum cuspidatum glycoside,sheganoside and emodin were confirmed.The degree of similarity evaluation of the preparation fingerprints was more than 0.9,and there was no significant difference between the common patterns of fingerprints of the two preparations.Conclusion The fingerprint of Huzhang Antidote Granules(Sugar-free)is stable and reliable,and there is no obvious change in the main components compared with Huzhang Antidote Granules.
