摘　　要：脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]是一种类低密度脂蛋白(LDL)分子,由载脂蛋白B-100(apoB-100)与载脂蛋白A[apoA]通过二硫键连接组成。高脂蛋白a水平是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,脂蛋白a在人群中个体差异很大,主要受遗传因素影响,几乎不受饮食和其他血脂水平的影响。有研究者发现,脂蛋白a与冠状动脉微血管疾病(CMVD)的发生发展密切相关,主要的机制为损伤血管内皮功能、介导炎性反应。现基于血管内皮功能障碍对脂蛋白a与冠状动脉微血管疾病的关系进行综述。Objective Lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)]is a low-density lipoprotein(LDL)-like molecule,composed of apolipoprotein B-100(apoB-100)and apolipoprotein A(apo A)connected by disulfide bonds.High lipoprotein(a)level is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease.Lipoprotein(a)varies greatly among individuals,mainly affected by genetic factors,and is hardly affected by diet and blood lipid levels.Some researchers have found that lipoprotein(a)is closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary microvascular disease(CMVD).The main mechanism is to damage the vascular endothelial function and mediate inflammatory reactions.Based on vascular endothelial dysfunction,the relationship between lipoprotein(a) and coronary microvascular disease is reviewed.
