摘  要:针对中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司1.5 Mt/a连续重整装置,通过实时优化系统建立严格的工艺机理模型,并结合实际工况数据与物料平衡方程对反应器模型进行校准,校准偏差小于3%。对用于原料产品组成分析的在线近红外分析仪进行校准,整体偏差小于3%。基于工艺机理模型,以BTX(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)收率最大为优化目标,系统分析了装置操作特性及主要操作参数对BTX收率的影响。建立实时优化系统与APC(先进过程控制),以闭环投用优化结果,通过调整重整反应温度、氢油比以及各个分馏塔操作温度,达到实时优化的目的,标定结果显示装置BTX收率提高0.58百分点。A strict process mechanism model is established for the 1.5 MM TPY continuous reforming unit of CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.through the real-time optimization system.The reactor model is calibrated combined with the actual working condition data and material balance equation,and the calibration deviation is less than 3%.The online near-infrared analyzer for composition analysis of feedstocks and products is calibrated,and the overall deviation is less than 3%.Based on the process mechanism model,the optimization goal is to maximize the yield of BTX(benzene,toluene and xylene),and the effects of operating characteristics and main operating parameters on BTX yield are analyzed systematically.The real-time optimization system is established to communicate with the APC control system to put the optimization results into closed-loop operation.The purpose of real-time optimization is achieved by adjusting the reforming reaction temperature,hydrogen-to-oil ratio and the operating temperatures of each fractionator.The calibration results show that the BTX yield of the unit increases by 0.58 percentage points.
