摘　　要：中国室间隔缺损介入治疗始于上世纪90年代,但该方法在中国的快速发展则源于国产室间隔缺损封堵器的研发与临床应用,经过20年的临床验证,中国室间隔缺损介入治疗技术和器械均居世界前列。本文回顾室间隔缺损介入治疗在中国的发展历程和国产器械的研发成果,并对未来发展方向做出展望。Percutaneous ventricular septal defect(VSD)closure in China began in the 1990s and the rapid development of this method in China is largely thanks to the R&D and clinical application of domestic VSD device.After 20 years of clinical follow up,the percutaneous technology and devices for VSD closure in China are in the forefront of the world.This article reviews the development of percutaneous VSD closure in China and the research and development of domestic devices and looks forward to the future development direction.
