摘　　要：以盛京医院病房楼改造为例,借鉴了装配式建筑的发展经验,将装配式内装应用在医院老旧建筑改造中,秉持环保、低噪、少尘理念,采用主要材料场外加工、场内装配的办法,以少量房间为基本单元,采用循环滚动的流水作业工法,在医疗单元基本保持正常诊疗情况下,完成了综合病房楼的改造。Taking the ward building reconstruction of Shengjing Hospital as an example,the article draws on the development experience of prefabricated buildings,applies assembly in the renovation of old hospital buildings,upholds the concept of environmental protection,low noise,and less dust,adopts off-site processing of main materials and on-site assembly methods,and uses a small number of rooms.As the basic unit,it adopts a cyclic and rolling flow operation method.Under the condition that the medical unit basically maintains normal diagnosis and treatment,it completes the renovation of the comprehensive ward building.
