摘　　要：目的:了解携T型引流管出院胆石症病人的自我护理体验。方法:采用质性研究中现象学分析法,目的性抽样选取2020年10月—2021年2月携T型引流管出院的胆石症病人11例,以拟定的访谈提纲为引导,对其进行面对面半结构式访谈,并使用质性研究分析软件Nvivo 11.0采取Colaizzi 7步法对转录文本进行分析、凝练主题。结果:凝练出4个主题,即健康意识转变、生理功能受限、自我感受负担、外界支持的需求。结论:携T型引流管出院胆石症病人的自我护理过程中交织着正性和负性体验,医护人员需从多途径多角度给予个性化护理,帮助其掌握营养知识与管道护理方法,满足病人生理、心理、社会方面的需要,最终全面提高病人自我护理能力。Objective:To understand the self-care experience of discharged patients with cholelithiasis with T-type drainage tube.Methods:Using phenomenological analysis in qualitative research,a total of 11 patients with cholelithiasis discharged from hospital with T-type drainage tube from October 2020 to February 2021 were selected by purposeful sampling.Guided by the proposed interview outline,face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted,and the qualitative research and analysis software Nvivo 11.0 was used to analyze and condensed the transcribed texts with the Colaizzi 7-step method.Results:Four themes were summarized,namely,the change of health consciousness,the limitation of physiological function,self-feeling burden and the need for external support.Conclusions:Positive and negative experiences are interwoven in the process of self-care of patients with cholelithiasis discharged from hospital with T-type drainage tube,medical staff should give individualized nursing from many angles to help them master nutrition knowledge and pipeline nursing methods,meet the physiological,psychological and social needs of patients,and finally improve the ability of self-care of patients.
