正念干预联合聚焦解决模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨正念干预联合聚焦解决模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年9月医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人116例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各58例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施正念干预联合聚焦解决模式干预,比较两组病人心理状态、睡眠质量及生存质量情况。结果:干预后,研究组病人的焦虑、抑郁、压力评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组病人匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组病人的生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将正念干预联合聚焦解决模式应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人护理中,可明显改善病人负性情绪及睡眠质量,提升病人生存质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of mindfulness intervention combined with focused solution mode in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 116 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method(58 cases in each group).The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given mindfulness intervention combined with focused solution mode intervention on the basis of routine nursing.To compare the psychological state,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and stress in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the score of sleep quality in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the score of quality of life in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mindfulness intervention combined with focused solution model in the nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve patients′negative emotions and sleep quality,and improve the quality of life of patients.
