山地旅游地转型发展的模式及比较——基于长白山、泰山、黄山旅游地的实践

摘　　要：山地旅游地转型发展是山地旅游高质量发展的重要途径,对山地旅游地转型发展模式进行研究,将有助于提高山地旅游发展质量、促进山地旅游改革发展、打造知名山地旅游品牌。基于此,运用案例分析、对比分析等方法,以长白山、泰山、黄山为例,总结了山地旅游地转型发展3种模式,包括“生态优化”导向下的长白山旅游转型发展模式、“深度文化”体验下的大泰山旅游转型发展模式与“智慧旅游”驱动下的黄山旅游转型发展模式,并从旅游地功能、旅游产品、旅游服务、营销模式、经营管理等5个方面对转型模式进行了对比分析,提出了:(1)加强生态环境保护,转变旅游开发方式;(2)加深旅游资源利用程度,打造旅游产品开发体系;(3)借助智慧旅游平台,推进旅游优质发展;(4)加快管理体制改革,促进旅游科学高效发展等4个方面的建议。The transformation and development of mountain tourism destinations is an important approach to the high-quality development of mountain tourism,and the focus of domestic scholars.The research on the transformation and development mode of mountain tourism destinations will improve the mountain tourism development,promote the reformation,and build a well-known mountain tourism brand.Based on this,the paper takes Changbai Mountain,Taishan Mountain,Huangshan Mountain for example,using the method of case analysis,comparative analysis to summarize the three kinds of modes,esp ecological optimization from Changbai Mountain tourism model,the“culture”experience of Taishan model and the“wisdom tourism”Huangshan model.The comparative analysis on the transformation models puts forward some suggestions.They are:(1)strengthening ecological environment protection,transforming the mode of tourism development;(2)deepening the utilization of tourism resources and building a tourism product development system;(3)promoting high-quality tourism development with the help of smart tourism platform;(4)accelerating the reformation of management and promoting scientific and efficient development of tourism.
