参麦益肺汤辅助治疗气阴两虚型老年肺炎的疗效及对感染指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究参麦益肺汤辅助治疗气阴两虚型老年肺炎的疗效及对感染指标的影响。方法:选择2018年11月-2020年11月山东省枣庄市薛城区周营镇中心卫生院的老年肺炎患者68例,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和中药组,各34例。对照组使用盐酸莫西沙星注射液治疗,中药组在对照组的基础上使用参麦益肺汤辅助治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、感染指标、血清炎性因子水平、不良反应情况。结果:中药组的有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后中药组的降钙素原、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后中药组的C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦益肺汤辅助治疗气阴两虚型老年肺炎的疗效显著,能够降低患者的感染和炎症反应程度,值得应用。Objective:To study efficacy of the Shenmai Yifei decoction(参麦益肺汤)on senile pneumonia with deficiency of Qi(气)and Yin(阴)and its influence on infection indicators.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2020,68 cases were divided into the control group and the TCM group,with 34 cases in each.The control group was treated with moxifloxacin,and the TCM group was treated with the Shenmai Yifei decoction more.Results:The efficiency in the TCM group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the procalcitonin,white blood cell count,and percentage of neutrophils in the TCM group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the TCM group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shenmai Yifei decoction is effective in adjuvant treatment of senile pneumonia with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.It can reduce the degree of infection and inflammation in patients and is worthy of application.
