健脾清肺化痰法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并全身炎症反应综合征的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾清肺化痰法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并全身炎症反应综合征的疗效。方法:将2019年2-10月在云南新昆华医院进行治疗的84例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并全身炎症反应综合征患者作为观察对象,利用数字分配法将患者随机分为观察组(42例)及对照组(42例),将健脾、清肺、化痰中药联合西医治疗用于观察组患者,将西医治疗应用于对照组患者,将核因子-κB、临床体征症状、证候效果、安全性作为观察指标结合进行治疗效果判定。结果:对照组不良反应共计12例,观察组未发生不良反应,观察组用药安全性较高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组体征症状评分、证候效果、核因子-κB更优(P<0.05)。结论:健脾、清肺、化痰中药陈夏六君子汤合苇茎汤治疗效果较佳,能够有效改善患者临床体征,减少尿潴留现象,使用后患者体内的核因子-κB指标显著降低,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To explore efficacy of the Jianpi Qingfei Huatan therapy(健脾清肺化痰法)on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with systemic inflammatory response syndrome.Methods:84 cases were divided into the observation groups(42 cases)and the control group(42 cases).The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was given TCM medicine of the Jianpi Qingfei Huatan therapy more.Results:The observation group had higher medication safety(P<0.05).After treatment,signs and symptoms scores,syndrome effects and nuclear factor-κB in the observation group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chenxia Liujunzi decoction(陈夏六君子汤)and the Weijing decoction(苇茎汤)of the Jianpi Qingfei Huatan therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with systemic inflammatory response syndrome shows better therapeutic effects,which can effectively improve the clinical signs and reduce urinary retention,is worthy of clinical reference.
