芪参五苓汤配合艾灸治疗水肿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究芪参五苓汤配合艾灸治疗水肿病的临床疗效。方法:选取65例因原发性肾病综合征引起的水肿病患者,随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例),对照组行艾灸单一治疗,观察组采用芪参五苓汤配合艾灸治疗。比较两临床治疗效果,分析两组患者治疗前后24小时尿蛋白及24小时尿量水平,对比两组治疗前后肾小管损害标志物血清β_(2)微球蛋白、白蛋白等变化。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后24小时尿量较治疗前升高(P<0.05),24小时尿蛋白较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后24小时尿量高于对照组(P<0.05),24小时尿蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后白蛋白水平较治疗前提高(P<0.05),β_(2)微球蛋白水平较治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后白蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05),β_(2)微球蛋白水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪参五苓汤配合艾灸治疗水肿病疗效明确,可有效改善患者肾功能,减轻患者水肿症状。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the Qishen Wuling decoction(芪参五苓汤)with moxibustion on edema.Methods:65 patients with edema caused by primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group(33 cases)and the control group(32 cases).The control group received moxibustion,and the observation group received the Qishen Wuling decoction with moxibustion.The effects in the two clinical treatments was compared,the levels of 24 hours urine protein and 24 hours urine volume in the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed,and those in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The urine output at 24 hours after treatment in the two groups was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the urine protein at 24 hours was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the urine output at 24 hours after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The protein was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ALB level in the two groups was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the β_(2)-MG level was not statistically different from that before treatment(P>0.05),the ALB level in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference inβ_(2)-MG level compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Qishen Wuling decoction with moxibustion has a clear therapeutic effect on edema.It can effectively improve the renal function of patients and reduce the symptoms of edema.
