摘　　要：崩漏是中医妇科上的疑难重病,也是急症。古代历史上的医家总结崩漏的理论非常完善。大部分基于前人的理论再寻找创新点。崩漏病因病机复杂,难以辨证,夹杂因素较多,但当代也不乏治疗崩漏上有较多经验及思想的名医,让学者在治疗过程中有思路及方法去更好地辨证治疗崩漏。文章总结了当代名医治疗崩漏的学术思想并附病案一则。Metrorrhagia is a difficult and serious disease in TCM gynaecology,and is also an acute illness.The theory of metrorrhagia was summed up very well by ancient physicians.Most of the theories are based on the previous theories,looking for innovation.The etiology and pathogenesis of metrorrhagia is complex,and it is difficult to distinguish the symptoms and signs.However,there is no lack of contemporary famous doctors who have more experience and thoughts on metrorrhagia,which can help scholars to treat the disease.In this article,the academic thoughts of contemporary famous doctors in treating metrorrhagia were summarized and a case was attached.
