散瘀消银汤综合疗法治疗重度斑块状银屑病临床效果及复发率探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究对重度斑块状银屑病患者施行散瘀消银汤综合疗法治疗的效果。方法:随机将2018年2月-2020年2月临清市中医院82例重度斑块状银屑病患者分为对照组(41例,施行常规疗法治疗)、观察组(41例,在对照组基础上施行散瘀消银汤综合疗法治疗)。均随访3个月,对比两组治疗总有效率、银屑病面积和严重程度指数(Psoriasis Area and Severity Index,PASI)评分、症状(瘙痒、鳞屑、皮损面积、浸润、红斑)改善时间、生活质量评分、炎性因子水平(白细胞介素-17、白细胞介素-23、肿瘤坏死因子-α)及复发率。结果:观察组治疗后PASI评分、生活质量评分均较对照组更低,P<0.05;观察组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组瘙痒、鳞屑、皮损面积、浸润、红斑改善时间较对照组更短,P<0.05;观察组治疗后白细胞介素-17、白细胞介素-23、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均较对照组更低,P<0.05;观察组复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对重度斑块状银屑病患者施行散瘀消银汤综合疗法有助于增强疗效,促进症状消退,改善生活质量,且有助于减轻炎症反应,复发率更低。Objective:To explore efficacy of the Sanyu Xiaoyin decoction(散瘀消银汤)comprehensive therapy on severe plaque psoriasis.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,82 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,41 cases in each.The control group was given conventional therapy,the observation group was given the Sanyu Xiaoyin decoction comprehensive therapy more,for 3 months.Results:The PASI score and quality of life score in the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the observation group was higher,P<0.05.The improvement time of pruritus,scaly,skin lesion area,infiltration and erythema in the observation group was shorter,P<0.05.The levels of interleukin-17,interleukin-23,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group after treatment were lower,P<0.05.The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of the Sanyu Xiaoyin decoction on severe plaque psoriasis can enhance the curative effect,promotes the resolution of symptoms,improves the quality of life,and reduces the inflammatory response with a lower recurrence rate.
