祛腐生肌中药外用治疗肛瘘术后的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:运用Meta分析系统评价祛腐生肌中药对肛瘘术后创面愈合的疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网、维普中文期刊数据库、万方数字化期刊全文数据库、Embase、PubMed、Cochrane Library中2010年1月-2020年7月公开发表的文献,并纳入有关祛腐生肌中药治疗肛瘘的随机对照研究,其中对照组予传统方法治疗,试验组采用祛腐生肌中药治疗。筛选文献、提取数据并评价方法学质量后,采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入26篇文献,共纳入研究患者2395例,其中祛腐生肌中药外用的使用者(试验组)共1197例,对照组1198例。Meta分析结果显示,试验组创面愈合总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组创面愈合时间短于对照组。结论:祛腐生肌中药外用能显著提高肛瘘术后创面愈合率、缩短创面愈合时间,但尚需更多高质量的随机对照试验进一步明确选药。Objective:A meta analysis was applied to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese materia medica for dispelling saprophytic and promoting muscle on wound healing after anal fistula operation.Methods:The studies of randomized controlled trials published from January 2010 to July 2020 were searched in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang data,SinoMed,Embase,PubMed,and the Cochrane Library by computer,and studies on treating anal fistula with Chinese materia medica for dispelling saprophytic and promoting muscle were included.In the included studies,the control group took traditional therapies,and the experimental group was treated with Chinese materia medica for dispelling saprophytic and promoting muscle.After screening the literature,extracting data and evaluating methodological quality,Revman 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 2395 patients were included in 26 articles,including 1197 patients in the experimental group and 1198 patients in the control group.The results of meta analysis showed that the total efficiency in the experimental group was obviously higher than the control group(P<0.01).The wound healing time in the experimental group was shorter than the control group.Conclusion:The external application of Chinese materia medica for dispelling saprophytic and promoting muscle can significantly improve the wound healing and shorten the wound healing time after anal fistula operation,but more high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to further confirm the medicine selection.
