基于中医传承辅助系统探讨治疗视疲劳用药规律

摘　　要：目的:运用中医传承辅助平台(v2.5)分析运用中药方剂治疗视疲劳的用药规律。方法:搜集中国知网、万方数据库中近10年治疗视疲劳的方剂,通过中医传承辅助平台(v2.5)建立数据库,分析核心药物的归经性味、组方规律、核心组合等。结果:通过中医传承辅助平台(v2.5)分析得出:(1)治疗视疲劳的处方共43首,涉及中药110味,中药性味主要是温性、寒性、甘味、辛味、苦味;主要归经为肝、脾、心三脏;(2)使用频率在12次以上的中药有10味,前3位药物为:当归、白芍、熟地黄;(3)与治疗视疲劳关联度最高的中药为当归;(4)药对出现频率9次以上的有18对,前3对为:熟地黄-当归、当归-白芍、川芎-当归。结论:借助中医传承辅助平台(v2.5)能有效分析视疲劳的用药规律,为临床治疗提供新思路。Objective:To analyze the law of medication of treating asthenopia based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system platform(v2.5).Methods:The prescriptions for asthenopia in recent 10 years in CNKI and Wanfang database were collected,and the database was established by the TCM inheritance inheritance assistant system platform(v2.5)to analyze the properties,flavors and channel,prescription rules and core combination of core medicines.Results:(1)There were 43 prescriptions for asthenopia,involving 110 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the properties of those Chinese medicines were mainly warm,cold,sweet,pungent and bitter,and they mainly flowed into the liver,spleen and heart.(2)There were 10 traditional Chinese medicines that have been used more than 12 times,among which the top three medicines were Danggui(Radix Angelica Sinensis),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)and Shudihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa).(3)Danggui had the highest correlation with the treatment of asthenopia.(4)There were 18 medicine pairs appearing more than 9 times,the top three were Shudihuang-Danggui,Danggui-Baishao,and Chuanxiong-Danggui.Conclusion:The law of medication of treating asthenopia can be effectively analyzed by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform(v2.5),so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.
