摘　　要：文章介绍3则参苓白术散非典型病例(培土制水,培土生金,健运中轴以复四维),体现了异病同治的思想,并探讨了参苓白术散的组成机制和临床用法,以期为临床相关治疗提供参考。In this article,three atypical cases of Shenling Baizhu San(参苓白术散)were introduced,and the idea treatment of different diseases with the same therapeutic method was embodied.The composition mechanism and clinical usage of Shenling Baizhu San have been analyzed in order to provide reference for clinical related treatments.
