天灸散贴敷联合自血疗法治疗局限型白癜风的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察天灸散贴敷联合自血疗法治疗局限型白癜风的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:将50例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组予天灸散贴敷白斑局部,并在白斑区分点进行自血疗法注射。对照组予0.05%卤米松乳膏涂抹皮损处。两组均连续治疗5周,分别于治疗前后计算白斑面积,进行皮肤病生活质量指数(Dermatology Life Quality Index,DLQI)量表评估,并于治疗结束后统计疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组。治疗组不同部位皮损的有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),白斑面积缩小较对照组多(P<0.05),DLQI评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天灸散贴敷联合自血疗法能有效缩小局限型白癜风患者的白斑面积,提高其生活质量,疗效优于外用卤米松乳膏治疗。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tianjiu San(天灸散)local application plus autohemotherapy on localized vitiligo and its influence on life quality of patients.Methods:A total of 50 cases were randomized into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each.The observation group was given Tianjiu San local application plus autohemotherapy at different points in the lesion area.The control group was treated with 0.05%halometasone cream.Both groups were continuously treated for 5 weeks.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was obviously higher than the control group.The efficacy in different positions in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group gained a greater decrease of white spot area(P<0.05)and a better DLQI score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianjiu San local application plus autohemotherapy can effectively reduce the white spot area and improve life quality of patients.Its effect was better than halometasone cream.
