五苓散及猪苓汤在小儿发热性疾病中的运用及鉴别

摘　　要：在小儿发热性疾病中,“三阳病”最为多见,然因水饮所致的发热亦不可忽略并且常易与“三阳”相混淆,故文章根据小儿的生理特点并结合《伤寒论》原文阐述了五苓散、猪苓汤在水饮病所致小儿发热中的应用指征,及五苓散与少阳病、猪苓汤与阳明病的鉴别要点,并各举临床验案一则。还强调如小儿发热出现水饮合并少阳和(或)阳明病时,应采用合治的原则,否则疗效不佳。In febrile disease of children,“three-yang diseases”are the most common,and excessive fluid is also should not be ignored,which is always very difficult to different from three-Yang diseases(三阳病).This article expounds the application principles of the Wuling powder(五苓散)and the Zhuling decoction(猪苓汤)in excessive fluid,and introducing two proved cases,which is based upon the original texts of Shanghan Lun(《伤寒论》).It also emphasizes when excessive fluid complicated with Shaoyang(少阳)disease and/or Yangming(阳明)disease,we should integrate all the prescription,not stickle one.
