摘　　要：一根功能良好的腹膜透析导管是腹膜透析顺利进行的前提,合适的置管技术则成为关键。经皮穿刺置管术是近年兴起的一种微创置管方法,以其创伤小、并发症少、高效简便等优势惠及广大的终末期肾病患者,推动了基层医院腹膜透析的普及和发展。本文就其优势及临床研究进展做一综述。Successful peritoneal dialysis(PD)depends upon a well-functioning PD catheter and proper PD catheterization plays a decisive role.Recently percutaneous catheter insertion becomes popular because of its simplicity,mini-invasiveness and fewer complications.It promotes the popularization and development of PD especially at grass-root hospitals.The review summarized the advantages and clinical trial advances of percutaneous PD catheterization.
