摘 要:为了解决伸缩量相对较小的预应力钢筋混凝土空心板简支梁在运营过程中因墩顶伸缩缝失效导致结构出现病害的问题,在实际桥梁加固设计过程中,采用梁端增设浅埋式伸缩缝,中间墩顶拆除旧伸缩缝,桥面连续化改造,取消四氟板支座的设计方案。实际施工过程中,通过对桥面连续简支梁桥结构体系的合理化分析和三种基本构造形式的分析,得出拉杆式桥面连续构造形式受力最合理。桥面连续结构体系提高了结构的整体刚度和整体稳定性,施工过程方便、快捷,安全、可控,达到了预期的效果,具有较高的竞争优势和推广价值,也为同类桥梁病害处治提供了参考。In order to solve the scaling a relatively small amount of prestressed concrete hollow slab beam in the process of operating as a result of expansion joints failure to bridge structure disease problems,in the actual process of reinforcement design of Bridges,the beam end add shallow buried type expansion joint,expansion joints,middle pier demolished the old bridge continuous transformation,cancel the four fluorine board bearing design.In the actual construction process,through the rational analysis of the structure system of the continuous simple supported bridge deck and the analysis of three basic structural forms,it is concluded that the continuous structural form of the tie-bar bridge deck is the most reasonable.The continuous structure system of bridge deck improves the overall stiffness and stability of the structure,and the construction process is convenient,fast,safe and controllable,achieving the expected effect.It has a high competitive advantage and popularization value,and also provides a reference for the treatment of similar bridge diseases.
