摘　　要：政务类电视会议已经成为各级党政部门召开会议的重要方式之一,各地都加快系统建设步伐。电视会议系统覆盖越来越广,规模越来越大,工作人员对其运行维护和管理的工作也越加繁重。有效提升系统安全性能,提高服务质量和服务水平,使电视会议系统的运行维护和管理工作更加规范化、标准化,成了业界新课题。文章重点从会议服务保障、应急服务保障、系统维护、规范管理等方面予以探析。Government teleconference has become one of the important ways for the party and government departments at all levels to hold meetings.All localities speed up the pace of system construction.The coverage of the teleconference system is wider and wider,and the scale is larger and larger.The operation,maintenance and management of the teleconference system are more and more onerous.In order to effectively improve the security performance of the system,further improve the service quality and service level,and make the operation,maintenance and management of the video conference system more standardized,it has become a new topic in the industry.This paper focuses on the conference service guarantee,emergency service guarantee,system maintenance,standardized management and other aspects.
