摘　　要：2019年全国城市数量为672座。住建部公布的《2019年城市建设统计年鉴》显示有30个城市城区总人口超过300万人。郑州常住人口1035.2万人,城镇人口772.1万人。随着城市化发展,住宅小区的安全性成为人们关注的焦点,为治安管理带来压力。5G时代的到来,将物联网技术应用到小区的安防技防系统中能有效地提高了小区的安全性,给人们日常的生活带来了保障。首先,课例帮助创业团队了解物联网和智慧小区的概念,逐步认识到智慧小区的功能。其次,带领创业团队设计一个小区设计智慧化方案,包括项目背景、项目实施、注意事项。最后实现小区安防的安装,总结案例分析,完整呈现安防建设过程。Data shows that the number of cities in the country as of 2019 is 672.According to the 2019 Statistical Yearbook of Urban Construction published by the Ministry of Housing and Construction,there are 30 urban areas with a total population of more than 3 million people.With the development of urbanization,the security of residential district has become the focus of attention,which brings pressure to public security management.5G era comes,the application of Internet of Things technology to the security system of residential area can effectively improve the security of residential area and bring security to people’s daily life.This paper designs a community intelligent design plan,helps the entrepreneurial team from the project background,the concept proposal,the function characteristic,the project implementation question,then the case analysis summary,presents the security construction process completely.
