Literature analysis of pediatric nursing in core journals from 2015 to 2019

摘　　要：目的:对2015年至2019年国内核心护理类期刊发表的儿科护理类文献的情况进行分析。方法:逐条对2015年至2019年国内5本核心期刊刊载的儿科护理类文献进行人工检索,对每本刊物发表儿科护理类文献的数量、发文时滞、引文总数、文章所属单位、受基金资助情况及其中临床随机对照试验(RCT)文献的占比等进行分析总结。结果:2015年至2019年《中华护理杂志》、《护理研究》、《解放军护理杂志》、《护理学杂志》、《中国护理管理》5本期刊共发表文献17914篇,其中发表的儿科护理类文献有890篇,占4.97%。在5本期刊中,《护理学杂志》和《中国护理管理》的发文时滞较短,多为4-6 M。5本期刊发表的儿科护理类文献的篇均引文数均超过10篇,其中《中国护理管理》发表的儿科护理类文献的篇均引文数最多,且其中以英文引文为主。5本期刊发表的临床RCT文献共有304篇,其中《护理研究》发表的临床RCT文献最多。5本期刊中获得基金资助的文献共有453篇,其中获得省部级基金资助的文献有232篇,在《护理学杂志》发表的儿科护理类文献获得的国家级基金资助最多。2015年至2019年发表儿科护理类文献最多的单位是复旦大学附属儿科医院。结论:2015年至2019年国内5本核心护理类期刊发表的儿科护理类文献涉及国外科技信息的程度较广,拥有大量的、稳定的、较高级别的作者群。其中《护理研究》的发文量最大,《护理学杂志》、《中国护理管理》的发文时滞较短,《护理研究》发表的临床RCT文献最多,《护理研究》在吸纳国家级基金方面占优。Objective:To analyze the pediatric nursing literature published in domestic core nursing journals from 2015 to 2019.Methods:for 2015 to 2019 domestic five core journals published in pediatrics nursing literature of manual retrieval,for each journal published in pediatrics nursing total delay,the number of such documents,articles,articles,affiliation and fund situation and its clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT)in proportion and so on carries on the analysis summary of the literature.Results:From 2015 to 2019,a total of 17,914 articles were published in Chinese Journal of Nursing,Nursing Research,PLA Nursing Journal,Journal of Nursing and Chinese Nursing Management,among which 890 articles were published in pediatric nursing,accounting for 4.97%.Among the five journals,the publication time of Journal of Nursing and Chinese Nursing Management was shorter,mostly 4-6 M.The average number of citations of pediatric nursing literatures published in the five journals was more than 10,among which China Nursing Management had the largest number of citations in pediatric nursing literatures published,and most of them were English citations.There were 304 clinical RCT literatures published in this journal,among which Nursing Research published the most clinical RCT literatures.A total of 453 papers were funded by the national fund,232 of which were funded by provincial and ministerial funds.Pediatric nursing papers published in The Journal of Nursing received the most national funds.Pediatric Hospital affiliated to Fudan University published the most pediatric nursing literature from 2015 to 2019.Conclusions:Pediatric nursing literature published in the five domestic core nursing journals from 2015 to 2019 involves a wide degree of foreign scientific and technological information,and has a large number of stable and high-level authors.Among them,“Nursing Research”published the most,“Journal of Nursing”and“China Nursing Management”published a short time delay,“Nursing Research”published the most clinical
