摘　　要：下尺桡关节脱位是一种常见的关节脱位。目前临床上常采用手法复位加外固定法治疗此病。本文针对下尺桡关节脱位的概念、损伤机制、诊断方法及治疗方法等进行总结,并介绍采用手法复位加外固定法治疗此病的经验,以期为临床上诊治此病提供参考。Dislocation of radioulnar joint is a common dislocation.At present,manual reduction and external fixation are often used to treat this disease.This article summarized the concept,injury mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of radioulnar joint dislocation,and introduced the experience of manual reduction and external fixation in the treatment of this disease,in order to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
