摘　　要：建立气质联用法测定鞋用胶粘剂中丙酮和乙酸甲酯的含量。该方法以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,气相色谱联用质谱仪分析,采用外标法定量。实验可知,在1~200mg/L范围内,方法检出限为0.25g/kg,平均加标回收率为89%~113%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~4.5%(=10)。该方法操作快速简便,重现性好。To establish a method for determination of acetone and methyl acetate in Adhesives of footwear by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The method is using ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent,and detected by GC-MS and quantifided by external standard method.Results show that in the range of 1~200 mg/L,the method detection limit of Toluene was 0.25 g/kg,and the spiked average recoveries ranged from 89%to 113%,and the relative standard deviation are 1.2%~4.5%.The method is quick,simple and reproducible.
