中老年男性脚型规律与中老年皮鞋设计的研究

摘　　要：通过扫描男性中老年人群和青年人群的脚型,获得足部尺寸数据,研究中老年男性的脚型规律;结合中老年男性的脚型规律对中老年男性皮鞋的鞋楦和鞋款进行设计开发,并对自主开发的中老年男性皮鞋进行了足底压力的测试研究。结果显示,与青年脚型数据相比,中老年的脚宽略有增大;中老年人较青年人群足弓长度增加,脚长变长;中老年人比青年人群的拇指里段宽度稍窄,五指外段宽度稍宽,中老年脚型存在拇指外翻的倾向。结合中老年男性的脚型规律对中老年人男性皮鞋的鞋楦和鞋款进行设计,能够获得舒适性较好的中老年皮鞋。该研究对于改善我国中老年人的穿鞋舒适性和足部健康具有重要意义。By scanning the foot types of middle-aged and elderly men and young men,the foot size data were obtained to study the foot type rule of the middle-aged and elderly men.The last and style of shoes for middle-aged and elderly men were designed and developed in consideration of the foot type rule of middle-aged and elderly men,and the sole pressure of shoes for middle-aged and elderly men was tested and studied.The results showed that the width of feet of middle-aged and elderly men increased slightly comparing with the data of the young feet.The arch length of middle-aged and elderly men increased and the foot length became longer than that of the young.The thumb width of the middle-aged and elderly men was slightly narrower than that of the young people.The width of the five fingers was slightly wider than that of the young people.The feet of the middle-aged and elderly men have the tendency of hallux valgus.Design of the shoe last and style of the middle-aged and elderly men on the basis of the foot type rule of middle-aged and elderly men could obtain more comfortable shoes for middle-aged and elderly men.The study is of great significance for improving the comfort of shoes and the foot health of middle-aged and elderly people in China.
