摘　　要：对羽绒羽毛钻绒现象的成因进行了分析,依据标准GB/T12705.2-2009《纺织品织物防钻绒性试验方法第2部分:转箱法》,探究了面料密度、含绒量、缝纫针型号以及缝纫针种类对羽绒服装钻绒问题的影响,实验结果表明,面料密度高,含绒量低,缝纫针细,以及选择圆头缝纫针均会改善羽绒服的钻绒问题。the causes of down and down feather phenomenon were analyzed.According to the standard GB/T 12705.2-2009"Textile-Methods of testing the down-proof properties of fabrics-Part 2:Tumble test",the fabric density,down content and sewing needle type,and the influence of the types of sewing needles on the velvet problem of down garments were explored.The experimental results show that high fabric density,low velvet content,fine sewing needles,and selection of round-head sewing needles will all improve the velvet problem of down garments.
