摘  要:以有机氯硅烷单体为原料,四甲基氢氧化铵的正丁醇溶液为催化剂,采用水解-缩合法制备了甲基苯基硅树脂,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振硅谱、热重分析等进行了表征并研究了其热性能。结果表明:制备的硅树脂为含有羟基的甲基苯基硅树脂;当有机硅单体中苯基与烷基的摩尔比为0.4,烷基与硅的摩尔比为1.2,四甲基氢氧化铵质量分数为10%的正丁醇溶液为催化剂时,制备的甲基苯基硅树脂具有较好的热稳定性。Methyl phenyl silicone resin was prepared via hydrolysis-condensation with organochlorosilane as monomers and tetramethylammonium hydroxide n-butanol solution as catalyst.Its thermal properties were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope,^(29)Si nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,and thermogravimetry analyzer.The results show that the silicone resin prepared is methyl phenyl silicone resin containing hydroxyl groups.The methyl phenyl silicone resin prepared performs excellently in thermal stability when the molar ratio of phenyl to Si is 0.4 and alkylate to Si is 1.2,and the mass fraction of tetramethylammonium hydroxide in n-butanol solution is 10%.
