摘  要:以自动灌装封口重包装膜厚度0.140 mm为目标,对重包装膜袋所用材料结构进行了优化研究与应用评价。通过引入高性能线型低密度聚乙烯PE-LF1815,实现了对茂金属聚乙烯和其他材料的部分替代,重包装膜的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、抗跌落等综合性能达到了技术指标要求,全面满足高速包装生产线的要求,而且降低了材料成本。The optimization and application evaluation for the structure of heavy packaging film for lightweight automatic filling and sealing were conducted to obtain the targeted thickness of 0.140 mm.Linear low density polyethylene PE-LF1815 was added to replace metallocene polyethylene and other materials.The comprehensive properties of heavy packaging film produced,such as tensile strength,tear strength and drop resistance,meet the requirements of technical specifications and pass the running test on high-speed packaging production line,whose costs of materials are reduced as well.
