摘　　要：对双向拉伸聚丙烯热封膜专用聚丙烯F5005B的性能进行评价。结果表明:F5005B为高1-丁烯含量的共聚聚丙烯,正己烷析出物低,相对分子质量及其分布适宜,可降低黏辊现象,有利于双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜的加工生产;较好的力学性能,有利于提高薄膜的挺度;采用F5005B制备的薄膜,具有良好的光学性能和热封性能,可满足下游用户的使用要求。The performance of bi-axially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)F 5005B heat sealable film specialty was evaluated.The results show that F5005B is a copolymerized polypropylene with high butene content,low n-hexane precipitate and appropriate relative molecular mass and distribution,which can be used to reduce the adhesion in the processing and production of BOPP film.Its excellent mechanical properties are beneficial to improve the stiffness of the film.The film prepared by F5005B perform excellently in optical properties and heat sealing,meeting the requirements of downstream users.
