摘 要:以四瓦可倾瓦轴承为研究对象,建立了可倾瓦轴承瓦块摆振特性动力学分析模型,基于变量分离法推导了可倾瓦块油膜压力的近似解析表达式,采用欧拉法计算了瓦块的动态响应情况,通过试验验证了分析模型和解析计算方法的正确性,研究了预负荷系数对瓦块摆振特性的影响,细化分析了阶跃激励下瓦块的摆角响应情况,研究结果表明:重型燃气轮机工作时施加一定的预负荷系数可提高其可倾瓦轴承的动态承载能力;在0.5~0.8之间存在特殊的预负荷系数会使1号瓦、3号瓦和4号瓦出现摆角极大值;通过增大预负荷系数可使各瓦块的摆动幅度减小90%以上;各瓦块在不同预负荷系数下的摆动频率均为转动频率,但上瓦在预负荷系数较小时会出现明显的倍频。研究结果可为诊治由瓦块摆振引起的可倾瓦轴承失稳故障提供参考。Here,taking a 4-pad tilting pad bearing as the study object,the dynamic analysis model of pad shimmy characteristics of tilting pad bearing was established.Based on the variable separation method,the approximate analytical expression for oil film pressure of tilting pad was derived.The dynamic responses of pad were calculated using Euler method.The correctness of the analysis model and analytical calculation method was verified with tests,The influence of preload factor on pad shimmy characteristics was studied,and the swing angle response of pad under step excitation was analyzed in detail.The results showed that the dynamic bearing capacity of tilting pad bearing in heavy duty gas turbine can be improved by applying a certain preload factor;there is a special preload factor within the range of 0.5-0.8 to make No.1,No.3 and No.4 pads have swing angle maximum values;increasing preload factor can make swing amplitude of each pad decrease by more than 90%;the swing frequency of each pad under different preload factors is rotating frequency,but the upper pad can have obvious frequency doubling when the preload factor is smaller;the study results can provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment of tilting pad bearing instability fault caused by pad shimmy.
