摘 要:开展SCR催化器对柴油机排气碳烟石墨化程度影响规律研究,并分析了2种石墨化程度表征参数(A_(G)/A_(D1)和I_(π*)/I_(σ*))与碳烟氧化活性(E_(a))的相关性。结果表明:原机排放碳烟的A_(G)/A_(D1)和I_(π*)/I_(σ*)均随转速的升高而下降,随负荷的升高而提高,转速和负荷对I_(π*)/I_(σ*)的影响更明显。无还原剂时,SCR催化器后碳烟的A_(G)/A_(D1)和I_(π*)/I_(σ*)均明显提高,且两者也随负荷的升高而提高,随转速的升高而下降。添加还原剂后,SCR催化器后各工况下碳烟A_(G)/A_(D1)和I_(π*)/I_(σ*)的提高幅度有所下降。此外,A_(G)/A_(D1)和I_(π*)/I_(σ*)均与碳烟氧化反应表观活化能之间具有密切的关联性,且A_(G)/A_(D1)与Ea之间的相关性更密切,SCR催化器对A_(G)/A_(D1)和I_(π*)/I_(σ*)与Ea之间相关性的影响均不大。In this paper,the impact of the catalyst of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)on the graphitic degree of exhaust soot from diesel engine and the correlations between the soot graphitic degree(characterized by the A_(G)/A_(D1) and I_(π*)/I_(σ*))and its oxidative reactivity(characterized by E_(a))were investigated.The obtained results indicate that the A_(G)/A_(D1) and I_(π*)/I_(σ*)decrease with the increases of engine speed,while they increase when the engine load is increased.The I_(π*)/I_(σ*)value is more sensitive to changes of the engine operating condition.Without the introduction of NH3 reductant,the SCR treatment significantly increases the A_(G)/A_(D1) and I_(π*)/I_(σ*),and both of the A_(G)/A_(D1) and I_(π*)/I_(σ*)show similar trends with those before the SCR treatment when varying the engine operating condition.However,compared with the cases without reductant,the addition of reductant,NH3,decreases the increments of the A_(G)/A_(D1) and I_(π*)/I_(σ*)caused by SCR treatment.In addition,the values of A_(G)/A_(D1) and I_(π*)/I_(σ*)show strong correlations with the soot oxidative reactivity that characterized by Ea.The results also imply that the SCR treatment has negligible impact on those correlations,and the values of A_(G)/A_(D1) possess more strong correlation with the Ea.
