摘　　要：[目的]建立一种测定20%环丙氟虫胺悬浮剂中有效成分的高效液相色谱测定方法。[方法]用甲醇和磷酸水溶液为流动相,用C18为填充物的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,在240 nm波长下对20%环丙氟虫胺悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。[结果]该方法测得环丙氟虫胺的保留时间为8.6 min,线性相关系数为1.0000,标准偏差为0.02,变异系数为0.10%,平均回收率为99.8%。[结论]该方法操作简便,快速稳定,结果准确,可满足定量分析要求。[Aims]This study aims to establish a HPLC method for the determination of active ingredient content in cyproflanilide 20%SC.[Methods]Cyproflanilide was separated and analyzed on C18 stainless steel column and UV-absobance detertor at 240 nm,while the mixture solution of methanol and 0.1 wt%phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase.[Results]The retention time of cyproflanilide was 8.6 min and the linear correlation coefficient was 1.0000.The standard deviation was 0.02,the variation coefficient was 0.10%,and the average recovery was 99.8%.[Conclusions]The method is simple,rapid,stable and easy to operate,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of cyproflanilide.
