摘 要:[目的]探明常用农用抗生素在诱导植物抗病性方面的作用。[方法]选用申嗪霉素、武夷菌素、阿维菌素、多抗霉素、井冈霉素、中生菌素、春雷霉素7种目前生产上常用的农用抗生素,通过温室条件下在烟草植株上喷雾、离体叶片接种灰霉病菌的方法,进行这些抗生素诱抗烟草灰霉病效果的检测。[结果]申嗪霉素质量浓度40 mg/L药后4 d、多抗霉素质量浓度5 mg/L药后4 d、春雷霉素质量浓度80 mg/L药后3 d时,对灰霉病的诱抗效果最好,离体叶片上的病斑直径均显著低于对照。同时通过烟草过敏性坏死反应试验,证实了40 mg/L申嗪霉素、5 mg/L多抗霉素、80 mg/L春雷霉素可以引起烟草过敏性坏死反应。[结论]申嗪霉素、多抗霉素、春雷霉素这3种抗生素的诱抗效果较好,其他药剂只表现出了短暂的诱抗效果。[Aims]This study aims to explore the role of commonly used agricultural antibiotics in inducing plant disease resistance.[Methods]By spraying on tobacco plants and inoculating plant gray mold on the leaves in vitro,the inducting effect of seven commonly used agricultural antibiotics,such as shenzinomycin,wuyimycin,avermectin,polyoxin,jinggangmycin,kasugamycin,were tested for the inducement effect under the greenhouse conditions.[Results]The shenzinomycin with a concentration of 40 mg/L 4 d,polyoxin with a concentration of 40 mg/L 4 d,and kasugamycin with a concentration of 80 mg/L 3 d exhibited the best effect on inhibiting plant gray mold,and the lesion diameters were significantly lower than the positive control(pyraclostrobin).And through the detection of tobacco allergic necrosis reaction test,it was confirmed that shenzinomycin 40 mg/L,polyoxin 5 mg/L,kasugamycin 80 mg/L could cause tobacco allergic necrosis.[Conclusions]Shenqinmycin,polyoxin,and chunleimycin were the most effective antibiotics,while the rest of the agents only showed a short-term inducing effect.
