摘　　要：目前循环流化床锅炉已经被广泛的应用和使用在电力行业中。但在实际应用中发现,安装工艺技术对后期循环流化床锅炉的使用效果和能耗有较大的影响。文中结合130t/h循环流化床锅炉现场安装工艺,分别阐述了锅炉的锅筒、省煤器、空预器、钢结构部件、受热面、附属管道等重要设备的安装方法,为同类型锅炉的安装提供一定借鉴和指导意义。Circulating fluidized bed boiler has been widely used and used in power industry.However,it is found that the installation technology has a great influence on the use effect and energy consumption of the later circulating fluidized bed boiler.Combined with the field installation technology of 130 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler,this paper expounds the installation methods of boiler drum,economizer,air preheater,steel structure parts,heating surface,auxiliary pipe and so on,which provides some reference and guiding significance for the installation of the same type boiler.
