摘　　要：本文主要阐述了基于锅炉产品小口径管下料自动线设备的特点,此设备针对我公司产品及产量存在的不足,以及相应的改进改造解决方案。重点对设备的改进和改造进行了详细的叙述,现此设备改造后已成功应用于锅炉产品的生产制造中。This article mainly introduced the characteristic of the blanking automatic line equipment based on the boiler small diameter pipe products.This equipment is aimed at the shortcomings of our company’s products and output, and the corresponding improvement of outgoing solutions.The modification of the equipment are mainly described in detail.Now the equipment has been successfully applied in the production and manufacture of boiler products.
