摘 要:在煤矸石制砖原料中添加高效固硫剂,可显著降低砖瓦焙烧过程中废气SO_(2)产生量,实现从源头减少SO_(2)排放的目的,并降低末端脱硫成本。文章通过对CaO、CaCO_(3)、Ca(OH)_(2)3种钙基固硫剂在不同添加量下的固硫效果以及对烧结砖强度的影响分析发现,随着添加量的增加,3种固硫剂的固硫率逐渐增加,在钙硫比为1.0时,固硫率最高可达到47.74%;在添加量相同时,添加Ca(OH)2的烧结砖强度要大于添加CaCO_(3)和CaO的烧结砖强度。通过优化配比,研究了Ca(OH)_(2)和CaCO_(3)2种固硫剂按7∶3的比例混合制备复合钙基固硫剂,当钙硫比为0.8时,复合固硫剂的固硫率为47.79%,增加了11.96%,而复合固硫剂对烧结砖抗压强度的影响与Ca(OH)2类似。研究结果可为煤矸石砖固硫剂制备提供支持。If high-efficiency sulfur-fixation agents be added to the raw materials for making coal-gangue brick,SO_(2) exhaust gas can be considerably reduced in the process of the brick production,thus fulfilling the goal to cut SO_(2) emissions from the source,meanwhile,decreasing the cost of flue gas desulfurization.In this paper,the impacts of sulfur fixation effects of three kinds of calcium-based sulfur-fixation agents(CaO,CaCO_(3) and Ca(OH)_(2)),with different volumes of addition,as well as the compressive strength of the sintered brick were analyzed.It was found that as the volume of addition increases,the sulfur-fixation rate of the three sulfur fixation agents rose.When the calcium-sulfur mole ratio equaled to 1.0,the sulfur fixation rate could reach up to 47.74%;in condition of equal volume of addition,the compressive strength was higher with Ca(OH)2 added higher than with CaCO_(3) and CaO.By optimizing the proportioning ratio of the fixation agents,the preparation of the composite calciumbased sulfur fixation agent was studied by mixing Ca(OH)2 and CaCO_(3) at the ratio of 7∶3;when the calcium-sulfur ratio equaled to 0.8,the sulfur fixation rate of the composite sulfur fixation agent could attained 47.79%,an increase of 11.96%.Impact of the effect of composite sulfur fixation agent on the compressive strength of sintered brick was similar to that of Ca(OH)2.In prospect,the research could be used as a guidance to preparation of sulfur fixing agent for coal gangue brick.
