某电厂发电机出口断路器烧损事故分析

摘　　要：某电厂长期停运后初次启动并网,在升负荷过程中,发电机100%定子接地保护动作,机组全停。经现场检查和分析,事故发生的原因为断路器靠近隔离开关侧的静触头顶部导向块部分脱落,随着负荷电流增大,触头熔焊,金属液化溅射放电,导致母线间断性接地。根据暴露出的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。A power plant has been out of operation for a long time.It is firstly started and connected to the grid.In the process of load raised,the 100%stator grounding protection of the generator is acted,and the unit is completely stopped.By on-site inspection and analysis,the cause of the accident is the static contact’s guide block of the generator circuit breaker nearing the side of the switchfalled off partly.When the load is increased,the contact is fused and welded,and the metal is liquefied and sputtered.It leads to the intermittent grounding of the bus.According to the exposed problems,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
