摘　　要：军府制是清朝政府在新疆实行的军政合一的行政管理制度。阿克苏办事大臣是清代新疆军府制中的重要组成部分。方志和《清实录》新疆资料辑录是研究清代新疆政治制度的重要史料,本文从方志、《清实录》新疆资料辑录等史料入手,整理分析清代新疆军府制设置及层级,分析阿克苏办事大臣的设立及驻地的设置和迁移历程,论述其历史作用,进而加强对阿克苏办事大臣职能的认识。The military government system was an administrative system of Qing dynasty in Xinjiang.Aksu minister was an important part of the military government system in Xinjiang in Qing dynasty.The local chronicle and the collection of Xinjiang materials in Qing records are important historical materials for studying the political system of Xinjiang in Qing dynasty.This paper starts with the local chronicle and the collection of Xinjiang materials such as the historical materials in Qing records,the establishment and the hierarchy of military government in Xinjiang in Qing dynasty are firstly analyzed.Secondly,specifically analyze the establishment of Aksu minister and the setup and the migration process of the station.Finally,the historical role of Aksu minister and the station are discussed,then strengthen the understanding of Aksu minister functions.At the same time,it will provide important inspiration and reference for implementing the modernization of the governance system and capacity in Xinjiang in the new era.
