摘　　要：目的:探讨人卵巢上皮性癌组织中LSD1和PTEN的表达情况及其相关性。方法:通过收集卵巢癌手术标本组织,应用免疫组化方法检测LSD1、PTEN在人卵巢癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况,利用SPSS 22.0软件分析LSD1和PTEN的蛋白表达之间的相关性。结果:人卵巢癌组织中存在LSD1异常高表达,发现LSD1与PTEN在卵巢癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.355,P=0.04)。结论:LSD1可能与人卵巢癌的发生、发展及不良预后密切相关,LSD1有望成为卵巢癌临床诊治和判断预后独特的分子标志物。Objective:To investigate the expression and correlation of LSD1 and PTEN in human ovarian cancer.Methods:The expression of LSD1 and PTEN in human ovarian cancer and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.To use SPSS 22.0 software to analyse the protein expression and correlation of LSD1 and PTEN.Results:The expression of LSD1 was significantly higher than that of PTEN in human ovarian cancer,and the expression of LSD1 was positively correlated with PTEN(r=0.355,P=0.04).Conclusion:LSD1 may be closely related to the occurrence,development and poor prognosis of human ovarian cancer.LSD1 is expected to be a unique molecular marker for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
