无线数传电台在智慧工厂中的应用

摘　　要：随着科技的不断发展,生产方式变革的不断加快,信息通讯技术与先进制造技术之间的联系越来越密切。为了提高生产效率和管理水平,“智慧工厂”和“智能生产”的概念逐渐成为产业升级的焦点。通讯技术是现代化生产系统的基础,如何广泛的实现数据互联,成为智能化转型过程中的关键问题。本文以日精ND250A无线数传电台和西门子S7-200PLC为例,介绍了无线数传电台在智慧工厂中的应用,并分享了一个简单的应用案例。With the continuous development of tech-nology and the accelerating transformation of produc-tion mode,the connection between communication tech-nology and advanced manufacturing technology is get-ting closer and closer.In order to improve productionefficiency and management level,the concept of"smartfactory"and"intelligent production"has graduallybecome the focus of industrial upgrading.Communica-tion technology is the foundation of modern productionsystem.How to widely realize data interconnection hasbecome the key problem in the process of intelligenttransformation.This paper takes Nissei ND250A and Si-emens S7-200 PLC as an example,introduce the applica-tion of wireless radio in smart factory,and a simpleapplication case is shared.
