摘 要:植鞣皮革具有可塑、无毒和可降解等优点,但是存在复染难度大、机洗和日晒牢度差等问题,通过弱碱溶液对植鞣皮革表层中的植物多酚进行解析预处理。经复染和氧化蔗糖交联处理后,植鞣皮革被改性成夹心植鞣革,降低了吸湿性,提高了湿摩擦、机洗和日晒牢度。结果表明,原色植鞣皮革的最佳处理工艺条件为:温度50℃,时间30 min,纯碱5 g/L。经3%交联剂后处理后,夹心植鞣皮革的吸湿性下降了35%-40%,且多醛交联剂未显著地改变夹心植鞣皮革的表面形态。夹心植鞣革的耐湿摩擦、机洗和日晒牢度可达4级以上。Vegetable tanned leather has the merits of mouldability,nontoxicity and biodegradability.However,difficulty in redyeing,low machine washing and light color fastness are the major problems of vegetable tanned leather.The desorption of plant polyphenols from vegetable tanned leather surface was analyzed by weak alkali solution.After redyeing and crosslinked with oxidized sucrose,the vegetable tanned leather was modified into sandwich vegetable tanned leather,reducing the moisture and improving the wet rubbing,machine washing and light color fastness.The results showed that the optimized pretreatment conditions of primary vegetable tanned leather were as follows:temperature 50℃,time 30 min,and sodium carbonate solution 5 g/L.The moisture absorption of sandwich vegetable tanned leather decreased by 35%-40%due to posttreatment of 3%crosslinking agent.The polyaldehyde crosslinking agent did not significantly affect the surface morphology of sandwich vegetable tanned leather.The wet rubbing,machine washing,and light color fastness of sandwich vegetable tanned leather could be higher than 4 grades.
