摘  要:针对某公司42CrMo喷油器体端面易开裂情况,完成了断口形貌、化学成分和硬度以及金相观察等分析测试,并应用有限元方法对喷油器体密封端面开裂处进行应力分析,发现其两进油孔处应力超出标准;在此基础上对喷油器体热处理和加工工艺优化并应用于实际生产,改进工艺后的喷油器总成性能检测合格。In view of the fact that the end face of injector body made of 42CrMo is easy to crack by a company,the fracture morphology and metallography observation were finished,and the chemical composition and hardness were also tested and analyzed.Additionally,the stress analysis for crack place of seal face of the injector body was carried out by using finite element method,it was found that the stress at the two oil inlet holes exceeded the permissible stress.On this basis,the injector body thermal treatment and processing technology were optimized and implemented in actual production,and the performance test after the improved process of the injector assembly was qualified as a result.
